Our Young Adult Spectrum Connection Group brings neurodiverse young adults together to build social connections, explore vocational opportunities, and discover supportive peer relationships.
Through fun, low‑pressure events, participants can make friends, develop social confidence, and even explore potential co‑housing or roommate options that support increased independence. This welcoming space encourages personal growth while strengthening mental health through positive, consistent connection.


Parent-to- Parent Community
Parents of Autistic young adults often
carry heavy emotional and logistical responsibilities—sometimes with little support. Our Parent-to-Parent Community offers a safe, encouraging space led by professional counselors where parents can share experiences, build connections, and learn from others who truly understand their challenges.
This group provides guidance on essential topics such as public funding, housing and legal options, resource navigation, and effective parenting strategies. Most importantly, it offers an antidote to isolation by surrounding families with a supportive, informed, and compassionate community.

Siblings Support Group
Siblings of Autistic young adults often experience complex emotions—worry about the future, grief, responsibility, or feeling unsure of their role. Our Siblings Support Group provides a welcoming environment where siblings can openly discuss their experiences, find connection, and learn how to navigate both the emotional and practical aspects of supporting their neurodiverse family member.
This group offers meaningful conversations, coping strategies, and peer support that help siblings feel seen, heard, and understood. It also fosters confidence as they consider their future involvement in caregiving or advocacy.

Independent Living Solutions
Every Autistic young adult deserves the opportunity to pursue independence in a way that feels empowering, realistic, and safe. Our Independent Living Solutions program helps young adults explore housing options, develop essential skills, and gain the advocacy support they need to build a fulfilling, self‑directed life.
Through education, tailored accommodations, and supportive guidance, participants can confidently take steps toward independent living. These opportunities strengthen self‑esteem, improve family relationships, and create sustainable long‑term living environments for all neurodiverse young adults.

Our mission is to provide guidance and encouragement as participants uncover what brings joy, motivation, and long‑term satisfaction to their lives.
